Medical Insurance

All full time employees who are regularly scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more are eligible for participation.

Vacation and Sick Leave

Based on longevity, full-time Opal employees annually receive up to three-weeks paid vacation and six (6) days of sick time. The balance of unused, but accrued, sick leave days is carried forward from one year to the next. Opal Strategic Marketing and Communications, LLC recognizes the following holidays:

Coverage is available to all employees from the first day of employment. Opal Strategic Marketing pays the full cost of that insurance.

Your professional efforts on behalf of Opal Strategic Marketing and our clients are be protected by our policy. Opal pays the full cost of that insurance.

Tuition Reimbursement Program

401K Investment Plan

Opal’s plan offers participating employees a chance to invest in a managed fund on a tax-deferred basis.

Life and Personal Accident Insurance

The company provides, at its expense, life insurance coverage equal to one times an employee’s base annual salary, up to a maximum of $50K. This benefit is available to full-time employees only if medical coverage is elected.
